The deadline to submit thematic session applications for Rome Nutrition Week 2026 has been extended to 20 March 2026 (close of business, Rome time).
We invite UN Member States, UN agencies, civil society, research institutions, private sector and other partners to help shape the RNW26 programme and spotlight solutions for joint nutrition action in a changing world.

Applications are now open to host a Thematic Session at Rome Nutrition Week 2026 (RNW26), taking place 25–28 May 2026 at FAO Headquarters in Rome.
Under the theme “Shaping the Future of Joint Nutrition Action in a Changing World,” RNW26 will bring together Member States, United Nations agencies, civil society, research institutions, the private sector and other partners to exchange knowledge, strengthen partnerships and collaboration, and advance coordinated action on nutrition.

Thematic sessions are a central component of the RNW programme. They provide an opportunity to showcase evidence, innovative solutions and practical experiences that contribute to global dialogue on nutrition and support stronger, more coordinated action across sectors.
Organizations are invited to submit proposals for thematic sessions that:
- Share new evidence, insights and innovations
- Spotlight priority nutrition issues
- Elevate country experiences, partnerships and leadership
- Foster dialogue and collaboration across the nutrition community
Applications are open to United Nations Member States, UN agencies, civil society organizations, research institutions, the private sector and other partners.
